NIS2 Directive White Paper

The NIS2 Directive, officially known as Directive (EU) 2022/2555, is a significant enhancement to the EU’s regulatory framework for network and information system security. It replaces the NIS Directive (Directive (EU) 2016/1148) and was published on December 27, 2022. It came into force on January 16, 2023 and all Member States adopted and made public the transposition measures at October 17, 2024.
